In this environment, a telecommunications network offers services with <a href=\"https:\/\/anlix.io\/en\/o-que-e-a-latencia-na-internet\/\">low latency<\/a> (Zero-Wait), automated activation (Zero-Touch) and self-recovery in case of problems (Zero-Trouble). To achieve this, it is necessary <a href=\"https:\/\/anlix.io\/en\/lizzie\/\">employ automated execution mechanisms, information collection, data analysis and decision making<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Levels of autonomous networks\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The journey towards full automation is divided into six levels, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/inform.tmforum.org\/\">TM Forum<\/a>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Level 0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: full manual operation;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Level 1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: assisted automation, where the execution of tasks and data collection is carried out by computer systems;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Level 2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: partial automation based on rules, where data analysis is used to make simple decisions;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Level 3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: conditional automation, where the decision is made by computational intelligence systems, but still requires human supervision;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Level 4<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: dependent autonomous systems. In these systems, the network can perform some tasks completely autonomously, but still relies on system configurations;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Level 5<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: fully autonomous network. At this level, all network operations are performed autonomously by computer systems. It is a necessary system for collecting and analyzing network information.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Flashaudit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: ensures transparency and control over all actions carried out by operators in the system, allowing detailed auditing by employee, equipment and time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/anlix.io\/en\/lizzie\/\"><b>Lizzie<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Artificial intelligence is the co-pilot of the Level 1 (L1) attendant. It performs a complete CPE diagnosis in up to 1 minute, drastically reducing FCR (first call resolution), call volume and improving the subscriber experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>The Brazilian scenario<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Brazil, the automation movement is intensifying.
